Its natural to feel low at times and also feel unsecured. There are many reasons that can trigger such feeling.
One of the reasons is Lack of Growth in Skills and Knowledge.
When we feel so much time has gone by, but we have not learnt any new skills or knowledge, it leads to such low and insecure feeling.
Realising this is the first step towards it solution. Second step is to take action. I would recommend learning new skills, or enhancing the skills you have. There are various skills such as photography, swimming, dance, singing, instruments, Public Speaking, Microsoft Package like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sports, Videography etc.
Other is learning. Read something or anything everyday at least for 30 minutes. Become a YouTuber, Write a blog. Share with people, travel, talk to new people, make new friends, come out of your comfort zone everyday.
I guarantee, you will experience enhanced quality of life and state of mind.
